Pictory earns its place if your raw material is already written: blog posts, webinar transcripts, scripts. It turns them into captioned short-form video without you opening a timeline. It is not a video editor, and treating it as one will frustrate you.

Fliki's advantage is voice. The multilingual library is deeper than its rivals and the cloned voices hold up in real use. The video side is competent but plainer. you are buying a narration engine that happens to output video.
